Crashing, Lagging & bad graphics

After the update yesterday, i found that when i logged back on within bout 15mins, the game had crashed, it carried on doing this repeatedly, and i wasnt able to play for much more then 30mins before the game crashed. I also found that my lagg has increased, before it used to only be the first few seconds when i went in to war, but since the last update, i found that it got very bad, even when im on my own. it was especially bad on grass, i can only run in straight lines, which granted, im in ingis, so, not that much of a problem, but i may want to go some where green at some point. Ive also been stuck with grainy graphics

it used to be fine, and each time i crashed, i did fiddle bout with the graphics to see if that helped, but it didnt. i have even tried reinstaling the game, and that didnt really help either. Please help me sort this out

this is what the picture looks like with all the graphics as high as they will go

That seems like OpenGL mode without texture mipmapping. What video card do you have? Have you tried Direct3D mode?

i can post on her behalf that changing the renderer fixed the problem!
