Maybe with some imaginacion....

You could say, MattEslaPolla which translates to both Mattdoesrock(as in 'is awesome') and Matt is a cock (Matt is a Penis and Matt is a Rooster both work for that)

Taking in account Matt sexual preferences have been not drawn yet, we just know by looking at the Matt - Golem relationship that Matt likes to take the leading role usually associated with the male, hence 'Matt is a penis'

However, im not sure if 'Es la polla' can also mean that in the spanish speaker countries outside of Spain itself, but it could work, at least for the spanish translation.

Looking at the use of the ellipses, maybe you think that sounds ofensive?, if that bothers you, calling someone a penis is awkward at best, and people with laugh at you at worst, because only a 4 years old would insult someone that way. Anyway, Matteslapolla only translates correctly to Mattisawesome, for mattisapenis you have to say mattesunapolla, thats the whole point of puns, tho.

Every language will likely need to have its own set of puns, if piz takes the pun heavy route. Also, piz can try to keep the panels with these jokes on situations with lots of stuff happening so translators can try to switch the order of the lines or just making their own silly comment in place of the pun while keeping the original unchanged.

You can twist it even more: Polla also means chicken, use 'es una' to lead people into believing that it means Matt is a penis, then have piz get it wrong and call Matt chicken (coward)
