disabled for something I haven't done?

it's just ridiculous that you get banned for something you did not do. Today when I login I get to see that I am banned because I've stolen someone's account, which is not true. I once logged onto an account with my friends permission and without changing something.

Is it normal that you can be banned because someone claimed that you did, without proof? I hope they answer me back quick, but guess it's lost now

After a few hours I got response and now they tell me that the case is under investigation. I hope I can really get it back.

EDIT: glad they reactivated it now
