difference between the realms?

Hi i'm a new player (as in downloading the game) and i was wondering what the differences were between the 3 realms and what causes people to pick the realms they are in...

Theres not much of a difference to be honest, it's pretty balanced nowadays. keeping it as simple as possible, the only differences would be the epic bosses and dragons. Each realm has it's own dragon and epic boss which they can kill, which hopefully drop great items for the players.

New players usually pick the realm which suits their kind of environment. Theres Ignis which is practically all desert, Alsius which is pretty much snow and Syrtis which is covered in trees and oasis.

THANK YOU ^.^ i was reading on the wiki and i got confused...i want to be a conjuror a warlock and a hunter...can i be all of those or no? It didnt seem like i could from what i read but i dont know

Welcome to Regnum Online!

You can create up to 3 characters on a normal account. There is a premium item that can extend the total amount of available characters slots in your account to 6, but for that you need Ximerin.

That means you can create any character you want, in the sub-class of your choice.

but i thought certain things couldnt be other classes like the dwarves cant be mages

Right, dwarves can't be Mages. They can only be Archer which has the sub-class of Hunter and Marksmen or a Warrior that has the sub-class of Barbarian or Knight, Same goes for the Molok race in Ignis, it depends on the race that determines which class/sub-class is available for you.

not sure I was originally thinking ingis because i am rather fond of the dark elves but may go with syrtis because i heard its more "noob friendly"

I wouldn't call it more "noob friendly" than the other realms. Although, we do have more noobs than others. :P Just pick one you think you'd enjoy.
