The graphics engine is multithreaded, yes, however someone (surak?) stated that the game itself probably never will be, as it would require a complete re-write. And the problem is not his graphics, as anyone who looks more closely at that wall of text will see that he has a decent mid-end solution. Regnum does a lot of work on the CPU still even after the graphics engine update, as most Argentenian players (the main audience) have graphics cards 1-2 generations lower than ours on average, but very good processors. Also remember that Regnum tries to offload as much work from the server to the client as possible to reduce lag. However, if anyone else cares to explain and solve the problem, be my guest.
