I bought 50% exp booster and was not added in my inventory

other player said to me, try relog

well, i can't login again, the loading progress bar stuck again in horus

what to do?

recently i've been getting item lag. Like if i drop something it takes around 2 minutes to appear in my inventory, also horus server seems to have a problem now, and it's probably related.
