I think you're not taking advantage of the new invasion mechanics. In the old mechanics, you're right, the fight was focussed on the realm gate after it becomes vulnerable. But with the new mechanics, the fight isn't focussed on one central point anymore. Instead the fight is spread out among the three forts. This makes it soooo much easier for an underpopulated defending realm to stop an invasion. I always see a good group of goats idly standing at their open realm gate...that's just silly. Take that group to one of the empty forts...if you succeed, invasion over. Nuff said.

Oh damn, even Wes The Great is affected by this terrible ill that is raging among Ignis players (mainly on this forum) ravaging their mental abilities.

He has already forgotten about his warmater portal, that can teleport a good bunch of people to the "empty fort" in a second, making useless to go to any fort, since Alsius has few people online and no warmaster at all to strike back properly.

Take care, it seems Alzheimer is not so far.

Unless the enemy has enough warmasters to teleport their reinforcements between forts.

It's not as easy as it sounds. Sometimes you don't have enough people to transport, sometimes you're not warned earlier and transport people too late, other times you don't get there fast enough before the door breaks down because you're transported a bit too far from the fort. Then there's a 10min CD.

People who say the WM powers should be removed because they cause too much imbalance don't know what they're talking about.

Maybe if its just one or two people with the powers fine, but as time goes on and more people get them...Anyone who doesn't think they're OP has something wrong with their brain.

Please don't talk about what you don't know. The WM powers won't cause as many problems as people seem to whine about.

First, every realm will have many WMs one day too, actually, if everyone did their daily quests up to this day, they'd be a warmaster. But instead, people just chose to grind as fast as possible and wasted days they could have spent having fun at wars. And others just didn't bother to do the quests after they reached level 60(alsius, alsius, alsius. It was hard to finish alsius' quest because they simply refused to war and just camped their save). I reached level 60 the same day I got my WM powers.

Second, they have high CD, which means you simply cannot cast beacons/teleporters whenever you want, at least I don't and I always get a lot of requests to put them up at the most useless situations.

Third, there's a player limit for interacting with the beacons and teleporters. With bigger armies we would need 2 or 3 WMs to buff the whole army. And the beacons DO NOT provide invulnerability to every CC. Some warlocks already noticed that and have changed their way of fighting when dealing with WM buffs.

What daar said. I will say it is a bit OP, however when all the realms have some it wont feel that way. Even if another realm teles somewhere, and you you need to prevent them from capping said fort the tele has the name of the fort they teled to right on it. so as far as fort jumping goes during invasions there is a reasonable chance you can know your enemies moves.

I think the other issue you are seeing right now is the wm expansion and chocolates. Happiness chocolates and beacon does equal op. but it also equals reckless attacks, and over confidence.

As you stated, every realm will have many WMs one day too.

But I doubt a lot of people people who get harrassed every day and every night will stick to this quest each day, or even stick to this game, slowing down even more or almost fucking up the possibility to balance WM number of 3 realms.

This day could never come.

Don't forget your very tiny issues, cause of CD or 10 ppl limit, are nothing at all compared to the issue Alsius has to faced up. They have no warmasters at all, less people, and have to fight against 2 realms at the same time.

It has always been easy to give lessons when you are on winning side.

I agree with you. Horus should just post a server wide message stating that Ignis has won the game. Game over.
