Guild bank: are there even plans for it?

So many time has past. Invasions, New engine,Warmasters, new forts, new areas..so many has happened. And yet I found Regnum Online to be the only or atleast one of the last MMO that dont have this basic feature. GUILD BANK.
Its nearly unbelievable that game focusing on RvR and PvP battles, where to be in a clan or guild is a matter of playing the game really intensivly has not yet made this a reality. My question is...why? Like really..why? This is not a priority 6 feature (I want a shiny hat that sparkles) but fully understandable and fully needed thing. No more words are needed. What is needed is a statement from NGD. Where is the Guild/Clan bank? And will there ever be one?
Just to clear things up...I have found several threads about guild/clan bank.
However what I didnt found was not even one single NGD reaction. I beg you correct me if Im wrong.

I would to see any clan update at all.. All my time on here I don't think there has been any new additions for clans.

NGD was supposed to give us their plans for changing the clan system in the Ask NGD Week 5 (6?) thread, but it never got answered because of Warmaster hype.

I as co-leader of Immolation really don't see any reason to implent clan banks It would be nice, yes. But its not NEEDED.

You can simply create 1 account for bank i don't know if dark legion has one just make a Mage Dark leg bank Warrior Dark leg Bank and Archer Dark leg bank, I mean with a o/15 character stash per character and a free 130 kg of space this should be enough right?

Yes Im aware of this option. But does this seem practical to you? This is just some temporary solution made by players by "raping" the character they created. Honestly, if I show something like this to a new player he would probably throw out. I would call this something like "dirty fix". You have to admit that a decent game like RO wants to be just cannot have such a temporarily solution for such a basic feature.

I, as the leader, do.
I totally feel you adict its really annoying to not have a place to put your weapons, armor etc. in for your clanmembers.. creating an account is an option too but it shouldn't be like that.
