Buying Ximerin with USD attracts fees

I bought some Ximerin a few weeks ago and noticed on my credit card statement a foreign transaction fee. Can someone point me to documentation showing that USA credit card holders have to pay fees in order to buy ximerin?

Also, is it possible to buy ximerin without any fees?

Transfer your funds to a netspend card
www.netspend.com

they will charge you 1.00 per online transaction but you wont have other fees

Your card holder is charging you a fee for converting your USD to EURO, either change your bank to one that wont make this charge or sadly accept it.

umm why would us money be converted to euro?
on topic if you run the charge threw paypal you should not see that

this doesn't sound right.

maybe there is a country discrepancy... and your account looks as if you where from another country instead of the US?

please send a ticket to the support platform so we can look into the problem
