Character Dissappearance

Hello, i have recently got a new computer (laptop) and i decided to play regnum (for the record i havent logged in for about a year) but when i signed in (after recovering password because i forgot my other) on the regnum site, under my account/characters, it says i have no characters? as far as i knew i had either 3 or 6!!! please help me somebody!!! many thanks
