How do you get that much zoomed out?

I have like 1024x600 as the game resolution. Should it be higher?

You have to change a Command in the "Game.cfg". The Game.cfg is in the Regnum Folder (Live Server). Open simply with a Text Editor, change the Setting of "Vg_fov", and save the Game.cfg as .cfg (not as .txt or something like this...) Have Fun.
