LOTR - Obviously these are great films, I own all 3 extended editions
Original Trilogy Starwars - and to some extent Revenge of the Sith, but for different reasons, where the original series I love more for the characters and storyline, the prequels are more popcorn action flicks. Harry Potter - The current generations Star Wars. The Matrix - Sequels? What? You must be mistaken, there were none. Serenity - Just because it follows on from/ties up Firefly decently, and like star wars, its a good action flick as opposed to the character driven stuff that came before, which I personally prefer. Iron Man 1/2 - I just find Stark and the tech grounded basis interesting, that and JD Jr is a legend. Memento - Because its a real thinking film. You know what I could go on forever, but yeah, those are counted with my favorites Pretty typical list for an 18 year old Brit really

Have to agree with Frosk on 2 of the choices:
The Naked Gun (did not enjoy the other 2 as much) Hotshots Airplane 2 The Shawshank Redemption Dune The Fifth Element Resident Evil (the whole lot) Braveheart Commando Hero Once upon a Time in China Ong bak (story line isn't great but the martial arts Muay Thai cut scenes are) |
