World list not showing

I registered and activated my account, when i tried to start my game after entering my username and password, the world list is empty.

ps. the regnum program should have installed properly as i just used my friend's account to login and saw the server list. Seem only my account is not working under the same environment.

I wish someone can help me out, I tried to use the support ticket but it says i have invalid username and password but i can use the same info to login regnum website to see my profile etc.

All I could say is: 1)try to contact a gm via pm. Maybe surak or frosk would help.
2) Make another account.
These are the possibilities I can think of.

I'm having the same issue , and it been happening a lot lately. sometimes i get the list sometimes not , i was thinking it's because server is down for upgrade or maintenance , but 3 to 4 times per week sometimes for all the day , and the strange thing is that i receive the RSS war status witch mean people are playing .
at the right moment i'm writing this i'm not getting the World list .
