screen resolution problem

I have changed my screen resolution in the game.cfg to 1680x1000 (windowed mode). Now when I change any video option my screen resolution is 800x600...

I hope you will fix this soon.

Same issue here, X resolution is modified by RO and not restored to correct value, it wasn't the case before 1.9.6.

THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE.

Ubuntu 12.04 + nvidia 302.17 + x86_64

A new Hotfix is avaiable and this issue wasn't fixed yet.

- When changing the resolution in-game or in the launcher, does this still happen?
- If it does, can you please describe a step by step on how to reproduce this error?

I play regnum in the windowed mode, so I have to change the resolution in the game.cfg, because I can't find this resolution in-game or in the launcher.
My resolution is 1920x1020 (windowed mode). But the game shows me a resolution from 800x600 and if I change some video options the resolution changes to 800x600.

Sorry, my english isn't that good.

I can't confirm this bug, neither with D3D9 at Win7 nor with OpenGL at Ubuntu Linux.

I set my resolution in windowed mode to 1260x960 (instead of 1280x960) and it works on both OS's.

I edited screen width and height in my game.cfg, of course.

Here you can see my problem. If I press the apply-button my resolution switchs to 800x600, so I can't change any video option without ajusting the resolution in the game.cfg.
This is very annoying.
