Support Conj need to die fast, then no rezzes, not heals, no mana shares, and tons of fewer buffs. Even in PvE you always take out the healers first!

PS- You have to protect the healers. If the healer dies it is the fault of everyone else on the team, not the person/mob attacking the healer.
