Question For Chilko/NGD

I remember when CoR was being tested on Amun and NGD changed the WM spells that Chilko stated that NGD wanted to make WM spells cost PP (which I thought is a good idea as long as we get more PP to spend NOT the level cap being raised). I was wondering what ever came of that because it was stated to possibly happen with the December update, but obviously that is past.
