I like the new way of having a Changelog sticky thread to discuss changes

Just wanted to say I think Frosk+NGDs idea of using a single sticky thread to list proposed changes for the next patches and opening it up for discussion is a good way to help the community focus on upcoming proposed changes!

well done for this :P

only thing I can add is, for ngd/frosk to be sensitive to community reaction after the changes are made, sometimes changes may need to be tweaked or rolled back (for example, the 15 minute relic timer may need to be fine tuned, or even changed over time as population behaviour changes).

They've done this before, but was lost along the way as the game progressed. It's just good to see them interact with the English section at least.

Hi,

It's true that some changes may need to be adjusted in the future.
The given example could be one of them, but only after said modification has been released to live servers, as there is no more realistic way to test it out.
