Can't buy Xims

When i try to buy Xims i'm redirected to this site:
http://www.championsofregnum.com/index.php?sec=25&user=............................

so i tried to login at the gamigo site:

But gamigo doesn't know my Account.
I already wrote a Ticket (TEH-544175) but it was too hard to understand...
You don't like money, am i right? Don't think i'm the only 1 with this problem - am i?

You are in the wrong place, then.

Submit a ticket to Gamigo, please. And this is not the way to report an issue, please be more respectful.
