You are wrong... They did not give up... We got bored and moved to Samal for a better challenge.

Alsius followed us to Samal, tried to sneak up to us, and died 1 minute after.

In all honesty, I would admit that Ignis is still the hardest realm to fight at forts, specially at Samal. But soon we will be at par against you. Syrtis has done nothing but improve lately.
