CLAN problem

Suddenly all ranks went to or three ranks down for everybody, I can't switch them back, because on the list it says ok but everyone has lower ranks.
Also, I switched everyone to lowest ranks in hope it will "reset", but nothing has changed after relogs :/ is that a bug?
