Looooong time downloading resources.

Regnum is taking FOREVER to load. Downloading the resources took 20 minutes this time. I've uninstalled the program completely, including digging out the config files that stay in the pc after the uninstall, and then reinstalled to no avail. It's been like this for 2 days now and it's getting worse everytime I log in. This is the only application on my pc the gives me any problem at all. Any ideas?

It is the same way for me, but then again it seems like everything network related gives me problems on this game. I am about to switch to Linux in the hope that just maybe things will get better, but that is a bet that I am saying is probably not going to happen.

it maybe is, somehow some routers seem to be prioriting linux computers more than windows and giving it the speed it needs.

well, next time I am home I will get slim to help me with it, and see if it improves the games performance.
