Lightbulb What to do now?

Hi,
No whining, just a small question.
The last update changed the gameplay of the game totally. I like the idea to put high level mobs near the bridges and also into the realm.
But what are we hunters now supposed to do since there are no targets we can hunt?
As we know Hunters suck at Fort Wars. I tried it at the weekend, but I mostly never got rp.
Maybe around 13 for more than half an hour of fighting...
So what know, hunters?

You're doing it wrong o.O I'm level 41 and get more like 50+rp in that time during a good fight (One where we're defending and winning)

I haven't been hunting lately so uh.. I don't know :/ But there are a lot of low level mobs in the warzone too now, so I suppose it should balance out?

Well this is really all I get from onslaught and area buffs, warriors have to get up close in fort fights, and when we do that, usually you are the only one, and everyone from oppossing realm jumps you.

At least hunters got the great infinite power of long range, which means not getting touched in certain situations,

now on the other hand, one on one battles and hunts are the opposite, hunters are better, and warriors are better, but still we have to run a long way to get to you, in the mean time you can be casting knockdown spells

The problem I see with alot of archers/mages too, is that they just stand there, they just stand there and get hit, most don't run away.

Thats what I fear the most, more easy RP, more unexpecting noobs, then suddenly they turn around, OMG its VALORIUS RAGEWAY!

Noob respawns at save says: "come my noobbretheren! LEts go run after Valorius!"

20 noobs follow 1 noob...

BAM 21 hits... another 500 RP for Valorius' wallet...

@katie, that skill, head of the pack, has a maximum of 5 players. what make 25% instead of 100%.

great, highlevels without any war experience.
lvl 40+ people are important to have in fort fights and now they seem to be forced to level inside.
They also gonna suffer from lack of distraction. Going to war between boring grinds eases leveling.

Maybe it was NGDs plan to keep people out of the wz to reduce lag.
But i worry that it was the wrong move.
The realm part of the wz was absolutly overhunted the last weeks but fortwars should suffer from lack of players.

btw, I would start a warlock. After the upcoming marksmen-nerf they will be godlike again

I get quite a bit of RP from fort wars...may have to change your tactics but hunters are just as useful if you know what you are doing....AND...you have others to coordinate special attacks. Last fort war I was at raked in around 100'ish RP...maybe a bit more. And, my hunter buddy did about the same.

We will have to start playing like ignis hunters - in pairs. Try to catch something at desert near swamps or with stalker on pb2 - lot of them cross it to hunt. But it is realy hard to touch sand without arrow in ass :/
On the other hand near wall there is a lot of new players, and lot of newbies are hunting so it is not as bad as it look like.
Shame that lvling is harder now i never had so many xp stealing like today.

because the hunters i know and play with are great at wars
