i got this link http://download04.powerchallenge.com...ineInstall.exe .........but im not sure wat it doese or wat its for because i dont want to just donlode a uneeded item

is the dl for windows i think. checkout: http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index.php?l=1&sec=6

for the appropiate system and download. you need those for the game.
