Kill mobs that give you xp. The more xp they give you the easier it'll be to get rid of your necrostacy.

By using forum search. each time you use it it will decrease necro by 0.1895623% ...

to get rid of necro kill mobs if you kill a challenging mob it should bring it down by about 1-2

Actually if you kill a challenging mob it brings it down by 1 on the first kill then 0.5 on the others unless your necrostacy is higher than 5%.
