Ranks Able to Recruit: Anyone 1st-Class Lutenient and up.
Realm: Ignis (of course)
History: When I first started the clan all i could do was recruit noobs but the they started to not comeone anymore. So now I have a clan list with like at least 54 ppl on it while only about 8-12 of those ppl come on. and most of them are lvls are 10-30. So i need some Members that are high lvled and skilled to help the noobs in my clan.

did I miss something? Isn't this the same guy that repeatedly told me that clans suck and that he'd never ever join another one....hm... Guess times do change. Not sure why you're laughing either, Must of missed the joke.
