Keep getting crashed message

I re-installed Regnum and now im getting the crashed message every time i click "Play". Then I gotta send NGD a message why i crashed...but i dont no why...someone help me please..

I get the same prob up to 6 times today tried to log into game but kept crashing out after loading the character screen

Hi Hydroxidee and Andaaron,

If this is happening exactly after you click "Play" when you select a character, it should be a problem with the resources of the game. Please send me Regnum's error log. Maybe you will have to compress it (if you need help with this, just ask me). The error log should be in Regnum's folder or in "C:\" and named "error_log.txt".
