it dose say in the RP tutorial thing when u start the game that they do give extra bonuses...

I have an example. In the few time I've played to WoW. I remember that a 10 level higher than me had really hard time to kill my priest (a 5 minutes fight). With a little more luck I would have defeated him. But it was one of my only enjoyable fight in that game.

I think what One wanted to say is that high leveled players should not get RP from a low leveled player only if the low leveled player would never have a chance to affect the high leveled players.

As it stands now, it's only fair for high leveled players to receive some RP from low leveled players.

At least someone who understand gaming. Yes, level 50 kill level 1 = 14 RP. Really crap. It's only possible in RO.

Yeah...
Actualy i brought a lvl1 alt char in the wz...i got killed and after the guy who killed me complained how i gave him only 1rp....

I killed a level 1, I hit him for like 300 something (it was a mage) wanted to make sure he didn't escape, the thing is I went "wtf" when he died after the ivy, then I looked at the rp and thought "oh, level 1"

I think is much more than that. But even a single RP is a bullshit because many of you are using double accounts killings your chars for RPs.
