I have a Huge Problem!

My problem is that when I Open Regnum, It all loads, UNTIL! I get to the part when it actually loads the game up! it not responds every time! Ive tried Reinstalling, Re-Downloading, I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING! And I cant not play the game, Because its just too good to not play, I really need someones help

I would be really Grateful if someone could help me out!

Is it your firewall?

What's you pc hardware?

windows vista? xp? linux?

I am using windows vista... and i dont know if its my firewall... how could it be! its just freezing when it loads up
