Loading screen problem.

okay this is the problem is installed the game and whant to play but with the first screen i get i imediatly have problems it says loading but it stays saying loading without doing something

There must be a Firewall or Antivirus (or even your O.S.) blocking internet access to Regnum Online. Please check this guide to configure your protection applications:

as i was doing that it seemed that i was missing some files this i had to put with the exceptions (ROClientGame.exe) but it isnt installed on my pc and i dont understand why and dont know how to get it if it doesnt install with the installation of the game

i downloaded the game from another site and now it works (kind off)
