I have it at level 3. I like the fact it just gives you an edge in frontlines, leaving you just out of range of enemies with the same weapon range minus the passive bonus.

I would have it a little higher but I only have 11 in aiming mastery. I only actually use two of the marks specific powers, level 3 passive range and lvl 4 ethereal arrow.

Short bow 19 (for level 5 powers), Long bow 11 (for concentration passive) tricks 17 (for distracting shot), evasion 17 (for escapist), aiming 11 (for passive range 3) and arrow mastery 15 (for ethereal arrow 4)...
