A misterious alsius item

Hello all, i would like to know if anyone else have this...
and how it works...
I found it in my inventory, im lil surprised ....

I think that gloves are from a quest and you have to deliver them to someone.

But memory its not my best.

I don't think you can wear it.
I have a quest breastplate in my inventory for undefined class around lvl 30, and I can't equip it.

If you end that quest the gauntlets are traded for fur gauntlets of level 6(?)
