a) Yes because of thats its just an amatuer video, and I didn't really edit the sound all the way. So maybe I'll touch up those things
b) I own the soundtrack CD

The video looks great, but copyright is going to be important when you win because in that case NGD is going to use it for promotion and it isn't an amateur video any more.

Mmm im thinking of redoing it into high detail and fixing up more spots. And who says im going to win

But not everyone has a video recorder without watermark logo's available.

Buying the CD does not get you copyright of the soundtrack

Why would they bother writing their names/their company's name on the copyright notice then? They might as well leave it blank for the buyer to fill in

Seriously though, edit out the fraps.com logo if you can before sumbitting it, at least that way you can claim everything was legit and NGD will not be held reliable for it. And get some music that you can legitimately use. Try using something under creative commons, there's plenty of music out there that's free to use.

Anyway I send an E-Mail to the composer of the music

Its not my problem if I don't have high tech equipment, this morning I caught a virus that fried out all my Anti Virus software, I got the virus because I was looking for a crack for ZD Soft

But Mira, I doubt NGD is going to use it to promote Regnum, these are all going to be amater videos, its just a contest of who can make the most appealing video, Merlinux used a song from 300, is that legal too? Don't worry.

I think they want to use the video for a new intro, that's all, so it has to be 100% legit.
