Linux?
Im thinking of moveing from windows - Linux i mostly just use my Pc for RO and work for which i use open office could anyone suggest which version to use (i had a look and theres loads) and any pros/cons of switching?

Now seriously, try Ubuntu. First try it with Cygwin or just use the live cd until you get used to it, and then install it. I'm 99% sure you won't break your computer since the installer is pretty intuitive and stuff... As always, backup all the important information, defragment your hard drive and ask for help before doing things if you're not sure. Don't rush up, you'll end up mastering linux sooner or later, there's no need in trying to know it all in the first week. Oh, BTW, Ubuntu is based on Debian Syd (unstable). I use Debian Etch and it's simply awesome. Super-stable and meets all my needs.
