Hi aznpan,

This can be a problem with your video device drivers or a corrupt DirectX installation.

Please run "dxdiag" in Start -> Run and provide us this information:

[System tab]

System Manufracturer:
System Model:

[Display tab]

Name:
Manufracturer:

Regards,

Umm, I have the same problem but I don't understand what you mean with:

[System tab]

System Manufracturer:
System Model:

[Display tab]

Name:
Manufracturer:

What do I need to put behind those?

Whatever dxdiag lists there. However your dxdiag is most likely displaying it in another language, otherwise you'd know what Kailer meant.

Maybe this helps. :P
1. tab, in the big box there, 5. + 6. row
2. tab, in the (upper) left box the first two rows.

Or do you have problems opening dxdiag? In case of windows vista/7 you just need to write dxdiag to the search bar. (Windows logo => Search bar)

(Edit: Just realized how old this is... lol ^^)
