Is there a weapons and armor list?

this is hard for me trying to look for the best armor and weapon for my marksmen but some items r good but i need to be a certon lvl to use it so i need a list of the item, the lvl of the item ,and class.

I am sorry but to my recolection there is no such list. You will just have to run around to all of the merchants looking for what you want like the rest of us.
