How about this?

If you have an elf character you must go trough all of Tolkien's dictionaries and learn it perfectly and MUST speak it all the time when talking to another elf. You are only allowed to speak english to half elves and alturians.

I mean, we want to keep the language the way it is suposed to be, right?
