There are times when it seems like NGD is comparing Regnum Online to WoW, and there are times when they say the game is far different from WoW. But that's just how I interpret what they say.

In any case, I believe NGD won't be adding dungeons and such for a long while. I pray that they focus more on the bugs, lag, etc.

So no. No dungeons. Maybe a floating island? An underwater tunnel? No! None of those.

Nah forget dungeons, what they should do is put say a monastery on that little island between the realms and once a month allow access (via a boat of teleport from the piers) to any >40 lvl for inter realm pvp tournaments.

Just and idea but then again what do I know?
