Server status not displayed properly

you have that nice display on the homepage which shows how many ppl playing and if the server is on- or offline.
too bad it NEVER shows the server as offline!

Right now it is offline but ppl dont know.
And the error message "User already logged in" makes it even worse.

Yes, it shows. Server is offline now and homepage tells, that it's offline.
I think refresh rate of status is too small. Does anybody know, how often is status updated?

Its shown now, cause it was a planned shutdown.
Its not shown after a servercrash

The server not being displayed offline could be due to our debugging facilities catch the server when it crashes (so, the server appears as still running). We need to improve that in order to get a more precise assesment of the server status.

We will approach that issue soon enough.
