I think that the Syrtian response to about 9 Alsius taking Stone was a bit over the top, but form your own opinion.

I think I counted 28 (one hiding behind a lich, and two kinda blur together), not counting those who may have been in the fort. Probably the equivalent of everyone in Alsius (horus) on at the time.

Going to herb is already a suicide mission. On all servers herb is a very difficult fort to capture. Just because of the numbers of syrtis. 9 dwarves isnt enough for 20+ elfs ready to shave your beards.

Yeah... and the castle is even worse.

I played for more than a year and only saw Eferias once...

its not really overkill, since cs is what..a few hundred meters away.

if i try to take something and cant hold it with my team, then its only my own fault that i underestimated them, and im laying there dead

Sory about that. Next time you take a fort of ours, we gonna send hunters, scan your numbres, do the math to know exactly how many players we can send to recover it, and tell the rest to sit back and wait for their turn.

Do you realize what you are saying? If i see a fort of my realm under enemy controll im gonna get there and help as much as i can, im not gonna go asking around to see how many realm mates are already figthing.

Did i forget to mention this is Horus not Ra, compared to what some of the battles we have had months prior this size zerg is one of the biggest i have seen for a simple fort capture on horus.

Is that the fight that happened after you guys took eferias? Cause if you did, it's only natural that ppl would swarm in to prevent an invasion.

28 people is nothing in comparison with what I've seen at Pinos, Trelle or Herbred.
