Default Can't log in - problem with displaying agreement

Hello,

I can't log into the game, because of not showing screen with license agreement. So I tracked TCP packets from regnum to check what's going on. And i've found an issue. I don't know why, however after sending the request (bad request) to "regnummmorpg.com" the sites returns error: "400 bad request" as a response to the TCP packet.

What should I do to fix it? Have only I got this problem?
