Horus and the forum

Dear NGD,

Can we please get the English forum separated into one for each server?

It's getting irritating when not only does almost every thread deal with Horus, but almost all of it is also nothing more than drama. Ra players can't even participate in these threads if they wanted to, because they're strictly for Horus players, otherwise the discussions can get confusing.

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, just saying I'm tired of there being nothing to read because of that. At least nothing that Ra players would understand from the vastly different Horus server.

I understand that the English community should pertain mainly to the English server, but there is still an English community on Ra that must not be forgotten. So it would be nice if there would be some kind of segregation in the forums because it is clear by now that we just don't go together.

I play in both servers so I can really understand this. We are just not the same.

I think your suggestion is a bit exagerated since there are issues that concern both servers. But I do understand why you are suggesting it.

But I would pretty much welcome that forum users tag their threads regarding the server in which the subject of discussion has arised.

At the Ubuntu forums people use tags like [ubuntu], [xubuntu] and [kubuntu] for topics specific about that flavour. Maybe we could encourage people here to do the same, but with [Ra] and [Horus].

Yeah Agree we have to use <Horus> and <Ra> tag in our topic name

-Ra
-Horus
-Amun
-Both
-Website
-General

But if NGD were to implement it, its best to make it mandatory. Otherwise it wont be much use if only some people use it.

No but realy, those tags would be helpfull for balance issues at least.

yeah sure, i'm up for that tagging system, only thing ra people do on horus threads is act all high and mighty.

anyway, i think horus has been hit with wow syndrome, expect some irl killings over ignis-syrtis disputes soon in hoods near you.

I'd like also to see more moderation on the forum, the Ignis sucks, Syrtis sucks, etc. Threads really don't belong to anywhere but /dev/null
