Well im wondering if 3 barbars can liquidate all boss mana by rend lvl 5...

I don't think we can ever find out... Unless you manage to find a mage with like 5k mana.

The Leader mobs seem to have about 6 times the mana of the normal mob, though it's not exactly the same figure for all.

Rend only works on a target's current mana, so the mana drained will eventually get smaller and smaller, but never 100%. They'd have crazy mana regen anyway.

Well I guess the experiment would be more to determine if its possible to get his mana low enough that he can't use skills.

Do bosses even need mana to do skills? I'd assume so, but maybe not, but yea the regen may be too much to compete with.
