Just downloaded wont start

when i try to open the game

Error Starting program

The Regnumonline.EXE file is linked to a missing export KERNEL32.Dill:Process32NextW.

also one saying that Device atached to system not funtioning

The launcher included with the installer is outdated

Try this one: (uncompress in your installation directory)

PS: What windows version are you using?

I have a 98 compaq presario and Im have problems With this file I dont know how to uncompress it
