Freeze in game-loading

What should I do? When I connect myself to server and my character is showing me, I click on play and in loading resources my computer freeze, sometimes autoreset.......

Hey, I have the same problem sometimes and it is really frusterating. Sometimes when I start up the game it is really slow and sometimes freezes so then I have to exit the game. Then I start it up again and it crashes. So I reinstall it and start it up and sometimes it works or freezes. Now, it gets through the loading in the beginning but freezes the second time it loads, after I select my character. What I do to unfreeze it so it works is click the windows button next to the Alt and Ctrl keys on the keyboard. Then press Ctrl, Alt, Delete which brings up the Task manager wait a little and you start to hear some music. Then Maximize the game and there you go.

hey im a new player here and i just downloaded and installed the game and everytime i hit play after u login it goes through that trailer kind of thin tellin u about the three civilizations and all that and after that it goes to that blue screen where its loading all the sources. i always get stuck there and i don't know what to do it just plays music and on that same screen and doesn't do anything. id like some advice on how to fix it . thanks

I'm having the same problem, i havn't been able to get any farther that that since the game left beta stage. does anyone know how to fix this?
