I cant buy any xims!

that messeage is shown when im trying to buy xims, what i need to do to be able to purchase xims?

I wouldnt really have to made this thread if they have replied,
i sent more than 5 e-mails during few months and no reply, Pizdzius dont try to be smartass just answer my question i asked nicely didnt I? so what can I do without NGD help to make it work ? i live in UK in a mean time , my account setting is Poland ,help
