My question is after you reach the lvl 50 and lvl up to "51" will you get more power points and your stats will rise?

Nope. No more points or stats.

Your XP bar stays on full at lvl 51 but your XP counter continues to increase.

When you max out your "level 51" xp, it just fills your xp.

No more points, stats or anything.
