Crashing a lot

Since the latest update I crash every half hour or so, the screen flicks black then goes back to the game but things like dynamic objects, NPC's and players either load 'black' partially or not at all, if I alt+enter into windowed then I see a error message clicking OK on this closes regnum, once I re-enter the game all is fine but having to do this every 25-30 mins gets old fast, any suggestions?

Win7 64 bit
Intel Core2 Quad 2.50 CPU
Nvidia Gefore 9600GT 1GB GPU
