Why do we sometimes get that junk from rocks? (rock,amber rock,quartz rock)

Cause rocks are evil.

I think it's as useless as treasures, really ;P magnanite is supposed to be hard to obtain, so the chances to get it vary

Magnanite is supposed to be hard to obtain like Piz said, and personally I don't care, magnanite items aren`t that good, they are just pretty.

i think in the future the "other junk" from rocks may be used in a more refined crafting system-----

---ie: amber ads fire damage-quartz adds lighting?.............or could be just me over thinking again

ps:devs pleas feel free to steal this idea and add soon:P

they randomy scattered throughout the world. is that not hard enough to obtain.

when reaching lvl35+ and you start doing less quests and more grinding in the same area non-stop, you'll start seeing magnanites less and less. i saw maybe one rock a week when i was grinding to 50

Good way to find many rocks is to search in areas where people rarely come after an server update. The server is resetted then and you can find more rocks.

There are some players on Syrtis that are buying up everything including rocks for 3-5k each for the exact same reason. I think its a great long term investment to gather as much as possible for a clan bank. Why not try to get 5000 of each? No one wants them, there easy to buy and gold has no real value. It may take 2 years for a crafting system to be implemented but in the meantime start gathering :P
