Crashing, Lagging & bad graphics

After the update yesterday, i found that when i logged back on within bout 15mins, the game had crashed, it carried on doing this repeatedly, and i wasnt able to play for much more then 30mins before the game crashed. I also found that my lagg has increased, before it used to only be the first few seconds when i went in to war, but since the last update, i found that it got very bad, even when im on my own. it was especially bad on grass, i can only run in straight lines, which granted, im in ingis, so, not that much of a problem, but i may want to go some where green at some point. Ive also been stuck with grainy graphics it used to be fine, and each time i crashed, i did fiddle bout with the graphics to see if that helped, but it didnt. i have even tried reinstaling the game, and that didnt really help either. Please help me sort this out
