Need help on getting in the game

I have had this problem a few times and i restart my computer or just install regnum again and normally fixes. This time it has not fixed it. I log in (lot of the time Connection to Autopatch Server Failed come up), if that doesn't come up Server is not available (CO12). I know its not down or beeing worked on. I would really like some help on how to fix this. I use wireless Internet connection. The ports ARE open. I just dont know what else to do. Thanks for the help
